Had a great experience at Kenosha Tires Plus. Super helpful and professional. As usual I shopped around and their prices couldn’t be beat. I think the guys name was Dan, dude definitely knows his business. These guys run a solid shop.

I have been to this shop twice. The first time was for an alignment. I was given a print out of the alignment specs when I picked the car up and was told they couldn't align the rear wheels. The rep at the counter asked me to bring the car back the next day as there tech had gone home. They did the alignment again and made it right. It did take two trips and two days to complete the job correctly. The second visit I brought in two trailer wheels and new tires to be mounted. They charged twice what competitors charge and managed to bend the outer edge of one of the rims. It was not bent when I brought it in. They offered to bend the rim back in to shape. Not acceptable, especially on like new rims.

Our family has been going here for 20+ years and the service has been impeccable. I drive over 70,000 miles a year for work and constantly need service to stay on the road and Dan and his team always go out of their way to help. It’s hard to trust people nowadays, especially in the service industry, but they are absolutely trust worthy and reliable. Don’t hesitate to take your car there for service needs. You won’t be disappointed.

This auto tire shop goes above and beyond for their customers. Mark went out of his way personally to pick my vehicle up and deliver back to me when the work was completed. I needed an oil change and new tires all of which they were able to get done swiftly. Their technicians also inspect your vehicle thoroughly and he went over any and every issue, highlighting the things that need to be addressed by importance Their pricing is EXTREMELY competitive! Very grateful for an honest and affordable service center for my vehicle. Thank you Tires Plus!!!

I realize that I give a lot of places bad reviews and yet sometimes forget to give good ones. Ive had my car mearly 5 years and everytime Ive had an issue with my tires Ive come here. The customer service is phenominal! They arent sitting around on thier phone and look like youre bothering them when you walk in. They make eye contact. They are knowlegdable and helpful. In 4 plus years Ive never had a single bad expirience and thats so rare these days. Id give 10 stars if I could. Also you may not believe this but theres is no Tip Jar when youre paying for your service. You can have a free cup of coffee or a can of pop while you wait and they wont mind if you have a second one. I stopped going to take 5 oil change and started coming here for my oil changes ( local Take 5 actually has good cust service as well) Anyways the staff here are great and Id recommend this tires plus 100%
